Looking at your reports is always free.

Only messages you write count. Pulse responses, presented choices, approvals, and the Salesforce reports created from your message are included.

Pricing questions

What counts as a message?

Only a new message you write counts. Pulse responses, options Pulse presents, clicking those options, approvals, and failed attempts do not use another message.

Can one message create more than one report?

Yes. One message can create several supporting reports and arrange them on a Salesforce dashboard. The number of reports created does not change how that message is counted.

What are Quick and Deep?

Quick is fast and seriously capable for most reporting work. Deep uses stronger reasoning for complex dashboards, tricky filters, formulas, or ambiguous requirements. Both count as one customer message.

What happens when I reach a limit?

Everything already created stays in Salesforce and keeps working. Add more customer messages, or wait for the monthly reset.

Can my team view the reports?

Yes. Opening a finished result doesn’t use another request, and you can send teammates a read-only share link.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Connect Salesforce and try Pulse without entering a credit card.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel through Manage billing. Your subscription stays active through the period you already paid for, then it ends and does not renew.

Do you offer refunds?

Payments are nonrefundable except where required by law. We do not prorate partial periods or refund unused time or messages, so cancel before your next renewal date.
